- Top Plate Hold Down, an M12 tie rod is secured into the concrete slab by means of a suitable chemical anchor and a 45 x 45 x 4mm washer is placed over the hold down bracket on the top plate and secured with an M12 nut
- Wall Stud Hold Down, the bracket is fixed through the bottom plate into the slab with a M12 x 150mm masonry screw anchor and nailed or screwed into the stud as specified in the design capacity tables.
- Hold Down Brackets can also be used as a general angle bracket in applications where additional strength is required
